Information you send

The enquiry form securely stores the contact and project details you provide so CertaView can respond, assess the requested work and keep appropriate business records. Submissions are not added to a general marketing list. If email notifications are enabled, the email service provider may process message content and delivery data to deliver and protect the service.

Advertising attribution

When an enquiry follows an advert, CertaView may store the advert’s click identifier, campaign tags, landing page and referring page with the enquiry. This allows CertaView to understand which advertising produced a genuine enquiry and, where configured, report a qualified or completed lead back to Google Ads.

Optional advertising cookies

Google Ads measurement is not loaded unless you accept optional cookies. If accepted, Google may process browser, device and interaction information to measure advertising performance. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. See Google’s privacy policy for more information.

Retention and rights

Enquiry and attribution records are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or completed project, meet business and legal record requirements, and evaluate advertising. Records are reviewed periodically. You can ask for access, correction or deletion where the law provides those rights.

CCTV installations

System owners are responsible for operating their CCTV lawfully. CertaView can consider camera positioning, privacy masking and signage during design, but this does not replace legal advice.
